One of God's Best Kept Secrets, Pastor Avril E. Wiggins and Eld. Joe Wiggins started House of Rapha in 2003 with Prayer in there home. Pastor Wiggins heard the call of God and her husband was in agreement and stands in a supporting role as assistant Pastor. Pastor Wiggins has been in the Ministry for over two decades and has been trained in the Art of Prayer and skilled in spiritual warfare. Pastor Wiggins has had the privilege of being raised at the feet of the mothers of the Church and has been under some Mighty Men and Women of God of our day. She was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 11 and called as a prophetess as a child. God has worked many miracles in her life and she is a walking miracle. In 2006 she graduated from Agape Bible College with an earned degree and Authored her first book Called The Battered Preacher's Wife which she has been featured on many magazines and has received a Literary Award from Bishop I.V. Hilliard. Pastor Wiggins is currently under AIM which is a Fellowship founded by Bishop I.V. and Lady Bridget Hilliard and they are her spiritual parents. She is the mother of 5 and spiritual mother to many.
